Yes, your points expire 12 months after they were earned. This means each batch of points has its own 12 month window from the date it was earned, rather than your whole balance expiring at once.
Once you redeem your points for a reward, you'll receive a voucher code. This voucher also has its own 12 month expiry from the date it was redeemed, so be sure to make the most of it once claimed.
To view your points and vouchers, log into your account and click the green "GoodnessMe Club" button on the left side, at the bottom of the page. It will open up to your available points to redeem. If you scroll further down, you'll be able to view all available and redeemed vouchers.
