How do I change my address?Updated a year ago

Easy peasy lemon squeezy… 

You can update your address by logging into your account and following the steps below.
  1. Log into your account and head to your profile                           
  2. Click "My Subscription"
  1. Click "Shipping Addresses"
  2. Select your subscription and select "edit shipping address"       
  3. Update your address, and then click "Edit Shipping Address" to save (*Note: If it's a PO Box/ Parcel Locker address, please put it in the Address line 1 )
  4. Next, click here to go back to your account
  5. In the left-hand column (or in the drop-down on mobile) Click "Details and Addresses"
  6. Click "Edit Address" and enter your new, updated address, and then click save
  7. Then click the button "Make Primary" next to the updated address.
  8. To confirm your address has been updated, please email [email protected].  
We recommend reaching out to ensure your box is delivered to the correct address. Please note, your address needs to be updated by the 18th of the month to ensure your next Box is delivered to the correct address.
