I have a tracking number, but don’t have any scans from the courier?

This means your package has left the warehouse. Wahoo!. Courier scans may take a few days, so keep an eye on it for another two days and, hopefully, you’ll get more up-to-date tracking from the courier soon. If you don’t get anything, give us a shout

Do you ship overseas?

I’m afraid we don’t. Sorry about that. We ship the GoodnessMe Box subscription and Shop orders Australia-wide.

I've moved, and my subscription box is on its way

No worries. The fastest way to get it redirected in time is to call the courier service direct. Contact Aramex on (08) 9356 5309 or Australia Post on 13 76 78. Once it’s left our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the courier.

Do you charge regional shipping fees?

We want to make sure we can continue to send to regional areas. To make this possible we charge a small fee on our Subscription service of $10 per box. A friendly note, the regional shipping fee for 3, 6 and 12 monthly subscription plans are charged

I'm expecting a tracking email but haven't got it yet. Can you help?

Our subscription boxes are collected for delivery the first week of each month. If you bought after the 25th of the month, your first box will fall into our second dispatch date around the 18th of the month. All Shop orders are assigned a tracking nu
