When will I get my first subscription box?

Can I change my dietary choice?

Does my box automatically renew?

Absolutely. Your subscription box will auto-renew until you cancel. Boxes renew on the 20th of every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the subscription billing plan you selected upon sign up.

Can I trial just one box?

Of course, but don’t say we didn’t warn you if you get completely hooked. We have a couple of options:.

When will my Beauty Box arrive?

The Beauty Box sets sail (metaphorically) on the 15th, every 3rd month (February, May, August and November). You’ll be billed on the 5th automatically every three months, from the date you signed up.

I haven't received my bonus gift

I've moved house, but my box is going to my old address
