How do I cancel my GoodnessMe Snack Box?Updated 6 months ago
Easy! Log in to your account or create one if you do not already have one, or did not create one at checkout. It will need to be with the email address the box was originally purchased on.
To cancel your subscription just follow the steps outlined below:
Login to your account dashboard here.
Click the “My Subscription” button.
Click the "Your Subscription" option in the top menu.
Click on the subscription you’d like to cancel. Scroll down, and click Cancel Subscription
Please note that your next billing date is every 29 days from the date of purchase, so just make sure you cancel your subscription 2 days before then to prevent being charged.
