What’s the difference between a buy-once box and a subscription?

A buy-once snack box is a box that you buy once and does not renew. A subscription snack box is a subscription that will automatically renew every 29 days from the date of purchase and is dispatched from our warehouse every 30 days.

How does the GoodnessMe Snack Box work?

Select whether you would like a buy once box (does not renew) or a box on subscription (renews every 30 days). Place your order through the checkout. We’ll ship your box the next business day. If you selected a subscription, it will renew every 29 da

What is the shipping cost for the GoodnessMe Snack Boxes?

Shipping rates are the same as our online grocery shipping rates. Free standard shipping over $99 for metro and non-metro areas. Free standard shipping over $120 for remote areas. Other shipping rates can be found here

When will my GoodnessMe Snack Box arrive?

Delivery is subject to the courier delivery schedule. We ship your orders with Australia Post. We aim to dispatch your order next business day excluding NSW public holidays. For delivery times, please check Australia Post’s website.

If you select subscription for any snack box, then it will automatically renew every 29 days from the date of purchase and will be dispatched on the 30th day, provided it is a business day. If it is not, it will be dispatched on the next business day

When will I be billed for my GoodnessMe Snack Box?

For subscriptions, they will automatically renew 1 day before dispatch (every 29 days from the day of purchase) unless cancelled 2 days prior. Dispatch will occur every 30 days from the day of purchase. Buy-once orders will not automatically renew. T
