To ensure you receive the highest quality health foods, our very own GoodnessMe nutritionists help search the health food world and together we select only the very best products to go in the box.

We identify businesses big and small that share the GoodnessMe values, who aim to follow ethical manufacturing and trading practices and who distribute products that are natural and GMO-free. In addition to products being natural and GMO-free, we search for and try to select products that are organic, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, low sugar, sustainable, or fair trade.

We use our best endeavours to include products that do not contain artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, food additives, synthetic trans fats, artificial flavours, artificial colours, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), and High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), however we cannot guarantee that individual products are 100% free from everything listed above.

Each box is packed with goodness to tickle your tastebuds. Sometimes, products look different than images because we tailor boxes to dietary preferences.

We love to feature boutique brands so occasionally we substitute products that have limited supply. No need to worry, you’ll get an equally exciting product from another incredible brand in the GoodnessMe world.
