During times of extreme heat (hello Aussie summer!), we will send your chocolates in an insulated pouch to reduce the likelihood of spoilt chocolate/products. It will appear in your checkout and a $5.60 AUD fee will be incurred. 

If this solution is removed from the cart, GoodnessMe takes no responsibility for the melted product/s as we cannot control the temperature and handling in transit. Ideal storage conditions for chocolate is between 15°C - 23°C and out of direct heat or light source.
