This means your package has left the warehouse. Wahoo!. Courier scans may take a few days, so keep an eye on it for another two days and, hopefully, you’ll get more up-to-date tracking from the courier soon. If you don’t get anything, give us a shout

How do I track my order?

Sign into your account and view your order. Click on the order number to the left hand side, then click on track shipment. Alternatively click under Carrier, to be taken directly to the courier site.

Do you charge regional shipping fees?

We want to make sure we can continue to send to regional areas. To make this possible we charge a small fee on our Subscription service of $10 per box. A friendly note, the regional shipping fee for 3, 6 and 12 monthly subscription plans are charged

Do you ship GoodnessMe Boxes internationally?

I’m afraid we don’t. Sorry about that. We ship the GoodnessMe Box subscriptions Australia-wide.

I'm being charged for shipping on my Subscription Boxes?

This is correct, depending on your postcode. The courier delivery locations for some areas are classified as "rural" or "regional" which is why you see the charge. We do have alternative options to send your parcel, AusPost offers a FREE Parcel Locke

Whats the shipping costs on my Subscription Box?
